This page contains the terms & conditions for AZ LOVE BOMB, LLC. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display. 

Upon ordering and submitting payment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

1. PAYMENT.  Payment is due (in full) within 24 hours of being invoiced.  Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

    • The price of the display includes delivery, set-up, 24-hour rental and take-down of the AZ LOVE BOMB display. An AZ LOVE BOMB representative will contact you directly to confirm your delivery. 

2. CANCELLATION. In the event that you need to change or cancel your AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display, we require a full 48-hour notice before the date of delivery for a complete refund. 

If the change or cancellation is 24 hours or less, NO refund will be provided. The option to reschedule your AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display is available with a full 48-hour notice and a $25 change fee will incur. New date is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Contact an AZ LOVE BOMB representative for rescheduling at www.azlovebomb.com, AZLOVEBOMB@gmail.com,  or 480-630-6320. 
 

3. RUSH ORDERS. Rush is defined as an order within 48 hours of delivery date and Same Day is defined within 24 hours. Both RUSH and SAME DAY orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

    • Based on available inventory
    • $25 Rush order fee will apply 
    • $40 Same Day order fee will apply
    • Orders placed within 48 hours of the requested event day are not guaranteed

4. INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display if there is dangerous lightning or other severe weather conditions that would prevent set-up and/or take-down. In the event of extreme inclement weather conditions/prohibitive weather or, if AZ LOVE BOMB is unable to reschedule your AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display, a full refund will be honored.

 

5. REFUND POLICY. AZ LOVE BOMB will NOT refund payment if the homeowner requests the yard card greeting to be removed.  AZ LOVE BOMB will NOT refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. 
 

6. Safety and Liability. AZ LOVE BOMB and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, rental period and removal of our yard card display. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. 

 

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY. AZ LOVE BOMB yard cards are a rental and all displays remain the property of AZ LOVE BOMB. Any damage, destruction or tampering with any AZ LOVE BOMB display is strongly prohibited.  AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display should not be moved without prior written consent of AZ LOVE BOMB, LLC. The responsible party that booked the display assumes full responsibility for all AZ LOVE BOMB yard card products. This includes, but is not limited to, any replacement of the graphic/s, letter/s or stake/s at full replacement value. Full payment for any damages will be strongly enforced.

  • Order party is responsible for the following: 
    • Notifying AZ Love Bomb of the yard surface make-up so that we can plan accordingly for alternate display methods if necessary (ie: turf, unusually hard surfaces etc..)
    • Lawn has been watered leading up to display date to ensure ability and ease of set up. If the display cannot be staked into the ground the display date will have to be postponed and an additional delivery charge will be added. 
    • The homeowner has turned off any sprinkler or irrigation system prior to set up and stopped any lawn maintenance service company for the duration of the display.

    8. CUSTOM ORDERS. AZ LOVE BOMB would love to help celebrate your special event in your own custom way with a custom design of your choosing. Please complete the “custom order” request form for pricing.  We recommend at least 2-3 weeks’ notice to fulfill a custom order.

    AZ LOVE BOMB, LLC reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. 
     

    9. TRAVEL POLICY. AZ LOVE BOMB wants to help you celebrate in a big way! Don’t see your zip code listed, that’s ok. For areas outside of the dedicated zip codes, an additional travel fee will be applied. Please contact us to see how we can work together to bring an AZ LOVE BOMB yard card display to you. An AZ LOVE BOMB representative will contact you with the travel fee based on the zip code.
